  • 227 g unsalted butter → 1 cup (2 sticks)

  • 100 g organic cane sugar → ½ cup

  • 250 g organic brown sugar → 1 ¼ cups, packed

  • 2 whole organic eggs → 2 large eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 127 g bread flour → 1 cup

  • 190 g all-purpose flour → 1 ½ cups

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp kosher salt


🍫 Mix-Ins

  • 140 g semi-sweet chocolate chips → 1 cup

  • 255 g Callebaut chocolate sticks → 9 oz (about 1 ½ cups chopped or whole sticks)

  • 220–230 g chopped pecans → 2 cups


🔥 How to Make Brown Butter Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden and nutty. Let it cool slightly.
