ABOUT THE CHEF

Finding Inspiration in Every Dish

Chef Shane Spencer was classically trained and graduated at the top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ in 2002.  He then went on to work at some of the most prestigious restaurants in San Diego, CA.

Spending 16yrs training and honing his craft as an Executive Chef, he then decided to pursue catering and a more intimate approach with high profile clients as a private chef.  Chef Shane lets his creations speak for themselves as his true passion shines through every dish!
