Finding Inspiration in Every Dish

Chef Shane Spencer was classically trained and graduated
at the top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale,
AZ in 2002.  He then went on to work at some of the most
prestigious restaurants in San Diego, CA. 

Spending 16yrs training and honing his craft as an Executive Chef,
he then decided to pursue catering and a more intimate approach
with high profile clients as a private chef.  Chef Shane lets his cr
eations speak for themselves as his true passion shines through every dish!

Our Story                        

Chef Shane & Chef Sean crossed paths back in the early 2000's when they both had helped open a restaurant called The Farm in Redlands, CA., and later opening The State coincidentally in the same location.  After working side by side they both became great friends.  While both have an extensive background at many different restaurants all throughout southern CA, they decided to join forces in 2018!

Formally known as Spencer Readman  they decided that it sounded
to much like a law firm or a company on Wall Street. In 2021 the rebranded
their name to Wild Javelina Private Chef & Catering Services and have been
crushing it throughout California Since day one.  Apart from Wild Javelina Chef
Shane stays busy cooking for many high profile clients in Orange County & San

Diego while Chef Sean is Executive Chef at La Volata in Redlands, CA
